They did remove a mother racoon and 5 babies, after causing extensive damage. He cut 5 holes in my ceiling and wall, in 3 different locations. He was rude and disrespectful and refused to adjust his precious schedule by even an hour. He wouldn't even give me a few minutes to make a decision. Just kept saying how much experience he has and how busy he is like it was an excuse to be so rude. Finally, he charged $75 more than he quoted me.

I have a skunk problem. Brad was rude to deal with. Made an appointment. He came out, didn’t set a trap. He assumed I was going to be home. I was at work. Then he said I did not have to be home but I could leave a check. This option was never communicated to me in the initial phone call. If i knew that first off I would have done that. Then he says it’s my fault because I wasn’t there. He could have set a trap and I would have paid him. So basically they need money up front before setting a trap. That needs to be communicated. So I will be using another company. Ridiculous.

Humane capture and relocation of wildlife that has become a nuisance. We have used their services twice. Worth every penny! Most recently we had a squirrel building a nest in a small section of gutter. Brad came out quickly after our call. He affirmed that it was the time that squirrels nest. He cleared out the nest materials, which would have blocked the gutter because she'd put a wetwipe in it (and would have drowned any babies if it rained). He also set a trap a few feet away on the roof in case the squirrel returned, but thankfully she didn't come back. Previously, Brad helped when we thought we had a raccoon climbing gutter and trying to access our roof. He set a large trap on the ground. Within a couple of days, the trap caught a possum. He quickly released it into our yard - possums are welcome bug-eaters here! As with every service like this, it's your responsibility to frequently check the traps and quickly report any animal captures.
