Alex was super helpful and knowledgeable during our termite inspection. He brought a service to our attention we didn’t even know we were supposed to be getting and got us booked and ready to go! He was so friendly and professional and was full of really useful tips.

For Matthew - Just wanted to share my opinion of service from sun coast. I’ve had sort of a tricky experience with rats in the crawl space under the house in crawl space in St Pete. Matthew has has shown up early/on time, answered every question, provided solutions and been informative to fix the issue. Would def recommend Matthew and getting rodent control and extermination from Suncoast. Great work!! Great expertise on the situation and others I inquired about such as termite prevention as well. I think he’s been with the company for a very long time so very knowledgeable. Appreciate service Matthew has provided. Whole team has been great.

Suncoast Pest Control has always been so good to us. They are so quick to get an appointment with and have incredible deals on services. We recommend the annual residential services because then any time we see any bugs we can just call and they send someone out right away to spray again. Today, Jacob got us in within 24 hours for our annual treatment. He was so kind, respectful, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He made sure everything stayed clean and safe for my toddler. He also gave me education about a clues for things to look out for so I’ll know what treatments I might need, but did not try to convince me to spend extra money just because. Thank you Jacob!

ALEX WAS AWESOME!! Very professional and informative of the process and what to expect. He’s a very trustworthy person and also a military VETERAN! He worked hard and efficient. I will recommend this great local family owned business to all my friends and family for their pest control needs. They are more affordable than any other quote to treat for our termites that we got from other companies and offered the exact same year warranty all others did as well. So, if we notice any indications of termites within the year they cover it! Also, the warranty is transferable to the next owner. After the year you can re-up for just a couple hundred bucks for another year warranty! Thank you Alex!!!!

I had some new windows installed and the crew showed me where live termites were just eating the wood. I went online and choose Suncoast due to good reviews. I had an imprint that very afternoon since I was very upset! Joe came over right on time to inspect. Joe was so amazing with everything termite related! He returned the next day. I have never seen such a dedicated worker! The whole process took all day, from everywhere in the attic, to the cramped crawlspace under my house! He put baits out,he drilled small holes into concrete, he went into every room spraying. He was working even with bad back pain! I told him he could finish another time, but he pushed through and finished the job,hours later. What a company! my sister has one of those well known companies with a T and an O in the names, no comparison. Use Suncoast and maybe you will lucky to have Joe dothe Job!
