    This is preliminary review. Jeff Linderman was the tech from Sunrise to did my properties pest inspect and maintenance start. Jeff was great to work with. He was friendly, interested in my property issues and was great to communicate with and answer questions. He analyzed my property and started the needed maintenance. We wont know results for awhile over time, but it was a good start. Thanks Jeff

    I highly recommend Sunrise Pest. I had great service from the beginning call to Jen who explained their services, answered my questions and scheduled the technician. She assured me the services would not harm my bees in my apiary. Then Jeff called and let me know exactly when he would arrive. He was friendly, thorough and explained the safety of their products to insure our pets and children in our home would not be harmed.

    I've been using Sunrise Pest since 2013 when our house was built. On many occasions over the years, someone has rung my doorbell because "they're in the neighborhood" selling another Pest Control Company. I always tell them I have someone already. Someone I trust, and someone who is doing the job that needs to be done. Sunrise is reliable, honest, professional, and affordable. The service techs are great. They know what they're doing, but are also very much listening to what I'm concerned about. They never brush me off. In recent years we've had a yearly flying pest issue. Boxelder bugs. Because they carry no diseases and are non-destructive, the State of Washington just considers them pests, and would never do anything to control them. It's up to the homeowners to do or not do, whatever they see fit. I trust Sunrise Pest to help me keep this annoying issue under control. I trust people like Roman, because they know how to do it. FOLLOW-UP REVIEW: On my follow-up visit, Oct 15, Nikki was excellent within the constraints he's operating under. I have no problem with the way he handled the job, although I would have sprayed on more of the house, especially by and around the roof peaks. What I have a problem with is that we seem to be getting further and further away from solving the boxelder problem, and these sessions seem to be more geared towards avoiding fines and/or losing their license. It didn't used to be like that. Sure, it's understandable that a company has to work within the laws they operate under, but there's also such a thing as, "Well then, what's the whole point?" Plus, someone was supposed to follow-up with a phone call, but never did. On the positive side though, I will say this much. The product they used is highly effective. So, there's that. The product works well, and the bugs were killed off in a few days.

    We have been using Sunrise for a few years now and they've always provided outstanding service. Their professionalism sets them apart from the rest and I have noticed a pleasant uptick in direct customer service in the sense of care and compassionate service from the technicians recently. Not that any tech has been less than expected, just never really had much interaction with them before this year. On the most recent visit, Robert went above and beyond. We were able to connect over a shared experience of a close loss we both recently encountered. Although his words were not explicitly requested, they hit home and gave me the sense that we were in good hands not only because of his caring demeanor, but also the care he showed for his career. We did a brief walkthrough and he assured me a couple problem areas could be handled accordingly. He took his time going through each area of our property which I truly appreciate. Upon completion of the service he checked in with the work that was performed. Afterwards, we shared a brief conversation about the shared experience again and it reinforced how great Robert truly is. Between his compassion for my wellbeing, to his thorough work I would be glad to have him back for any service in the future! One of the best, for sure!

    At the time of our service, Dan Rodriguez, our tech from sunrise took care of the appointment even though we were not home at the time, but I did review the report that he made on what he did and the different actions that were taken to service our home. His report was very thorough and well written so I could understand it completely. we appreciate him taking the time and hopefully will have him return at our next scheduled appointment.
