This company was great from the beginning, very easy to set up an appointment as the receptionist was kind & so was the scheduler. Technician Michael came to my house and was very honest about the extent of services needed. Would definitely recommend this company - very trustworthy!

I love this company. They use non toxic chemicals in getting rid of anything (outside or in) in our lobby and apts. The owner Michael, the tech Michael, and the lovely Ashley make my dealing with unwanted visitors from the Earth disappear. Superior gets rid of it all, even my fear of bugs and nighttime mosquitoes flying into my ear and making me look like I have 1980s acne all over again. Call them asap if you want to be free of NYC situations. A+

Wow!!!! Superior Pest Elimination was absolutely amazing to work with - from start to finish! I have not received customer service like this in a long time! I am an absentee owner of a multi-family property on the Jersey Shore. We suspected raccoons since March😳. We hired one company and they made my Tennant seem like he was crazy and hearing things. Finally after months of dealing with this rodent issue, I connected with Superior Pest Elimination. Mikayla was incredible! She scheduled an appointment for me and was able to get a technician to our house earlier than expected. She made herself available over the weekend and put my mind at ease. Sean, our technician, was wonderful! Like I mentioned, it’s a multi-family home built in the 1800’s and not a cut and dry case. He knew we had a nest of raccoons but finding the point of entry and where they were located was no easy task. Needless to say, Sean solved a months long mystery! He saved the baby raccoons and reunited them with their mom. We don’t have anymore unwanted house guests and can now sleep easily at night! Sean made himself sable to me, our annual Tennant and our vacation rental guests. He didn’t give up, kept us updated and was only positive!!! 5 stars all around for everything!!! I’m so happy that Superior will now be servicing my home on a quarterly basis. I can rest assure that any pests or rodents will be eliminated and know that I found a trust-worthy company!
