After a mixup on addresses, Dallin, the technician showed up to do the initial service. He was very thorough and professional. I look forward to their subsequent visits. The wasps were horrible this year.

The work was done again. This is the second time your company had to come out to get my wasp and spider situation under control. Both of your technicians were good. But the product needs to work in order for the technicians to be doing a great job. Next time I want the owner to come out himself and service my house.

Would give no stars if I could. We switched to synergy from bulwark and were told they could charge us the same but add fertilizer into the package. So we switched and they have been AWFUL to work with. They never answer their phone or they hang up on you. We were told things they could do then turned around and said they couldn’t do. They don’t come when you set an appointment and they have been an overall nightmare!!! Do not use synergy pest control! Seriously such a headache. I counted down the days until our contract was over!!!!!

Edit: 1 month in synergy changed my price from $75 per quarter to $39 per month (sounds like a lot of you are being overcharged) without notice. I had no email on file, so they didn't notify me. When I got my first monthly bill I talked to Mary who said she would refund it. A week later I called in and she said the refund had not been processed, but would proccess it right away. After that call I got a text from Michael saying they would not refund me since they lost money on the service. Nick was awesome. I had some concerns, but he resolved them and is the main reason I went with the service. Very thorough and attentive

Nick was great! He sprayed all around the outside of my house. And inside the garage and inside the house where I requested. It was a pet friendly spray so I dont have to be concerned about my cats and dogs. Very professional. I highly recommend Synergy Pest Control and Nick!

Synergy redefines the true meaning of customer service. Robert went above and beyond his job related duties. Robert was fast, professional, friendly, efficient and personable. Robert made me feel like a person of great importance. I highly recommend Robert and synergy to anyone who wants bug removal to be a positive, life changing experience. Simply the most satisfying experience I have ever had with a bug removal company.

I got a text out of the blue from Synergy Pest Control (according to law, this is an illegal unsolicited text). It had instructions to reply exit to unsubscribe. I replied with "exit" and less than a month later I got another text from Mike the owner. I responded to Mike the owner that first they were texting me illegally and now they were again breaking the law by texting an opted out individual. He replied "No worries. If you'd like pricing in the future, we're always happy to help." Now, today, I get yet another illegal, unwanted text 3 weeks after I told Mike the owner that I didn't want anything to do with them. I then dialed them and asked to speak with Mike and they said that they would have him call me. No response!! I don't know about you. but I wouldn't do business with people that are willing to break the law for leads. What else will they do? How dishonest are they?

Do yourself a favor - avoid a massive headache and skip out on this pest control company. As part of their promised services I was supposed to receive monthly mosquito treatments in my lawn and was assured this would be automatically scheduled. I have had to reach out to them each and every month to get my house scheduled - for two years. Multiple times technicians have no showed for my appointments and I have to reach out to the company to get someone out. It's like pulling teeth. I finally threw in the towel this past week and asked to cancel after someone was supposed to come out this past Friday and no showed. Then I was supposed to be seen on Monday by the owner (Michael). He also no showed with no communication. I was finally seen on Tuesday, but they didn't do the promised service. I asked to cancel all future services and for the company to provide confirmation I was no longer on the schedule. The owner called me and tried to get my business back but I said no. He agreed to a 50% refund for the last bill I was charged due to the terrible service. The following day I got a message from customer service saying the refund was not approved. They have not provided any proof they won't still charge me in the future (which is what other former customers have repeatedly complained about on Yelp). In the meantime, the company has completely ghosted me despite multiple attempts to contact them.

Nick was very friendly and took good care of our home. He seemed to do a thorough job and shared great information to help us feel confident in the service.
