T&J did a great job getting rid of the ants inside and outside my home. Bradley, I think was the name of the guy that did it. Very professional, helpful, and thorough. The price was great and I will definitely be using them again. He was also great with my dog getting in the way. Highly recommend!

I have not saved up enough money for the treatment. But the lady I spoke with gave me a lot of confidence in their ability to completely rid us of the nasty disgusting little buggers in two treatments. I paid someone else from Colorado Springs $1500 and they sprayed approximately 6 times. And 8 months later I still have these nasty things in my home. Not only did the lady assure me that it would only be two treatments $350 total but they have never had anyone to still have the bugs after the last treatment. I won't ever use any company from out of town like that again. I was told that they wasn't a exterminator in Cañon. Next time I will look here first.

Set up a 10 AM appointment. Last time they were early, so I showed up early. They did not arrive at 10. I called the office at 10:45 and got an answering machine. Waited 2 hours for them to show - never came. I told them earlier that week that I had to drive 2 hours to meet them. Wasted 7 hours of my life for a service that never happened. I gave two stars because their first visit was done well.

Horrible company! We have been using this company for three years it started off fantastic. They had a gentleman there that knew his bugs and everything about them and did an excellent job with spraying and making you knowledgeable of what was going on. They fired him because he would not cut his hair, needless to say he was always hygienic and clean. Now the new people that they have spray everything you have sitting around. Not to mention they don’t know anything about any of the bugs so when you show them something on a bug trap they can’t even tell you what it is. You constantly get a different person at your house so they don’t even know the routine and you have a bunch of strangers in your house. Now to top all that off for the second time of them spraying with in the past couple months they’ve messed up our Credit card information. When I talk to the owner all she wants to do is laugh and everything is a joke. Well I’m sorry when you try to charge somebody else’s credit card that’s sitting in your safe I don’t find that very funny. So if you use this company make sure that your credit card didn’t get charged for my bug service because the owner informs me that everybody’s credit cards are written down and kept securely in a safe or obviously we know how secure that is now that they tried to charge the wrong card. Luckily it was denied because it wasn’t our name. And just for the record make sure you go over your credit card information if you choose to use this company because when she read the credit card number back to me, she tried to say that’s the same number she’s been running for the past three years. I still own the credit card, it was in my hands it’s not the same number. If I could give this company a zero star I would have. Make sure you check reviews and don’t go by the cheapest price, sometimes you get what you pay for.
