After my tenants of 10-years moved out the condo apartment had cockroaches, which was never an issue since the unit was purchased in 1999. I contacted Tapout Pest Control on a Monday, their technician Albert was able to come out early Wednesday morning. Albert has a most pleasant personality. I live in a different state and was not able to be there today (2 weeks later) for the follow up treatment. I received a great reporting from the concierge who was on duty, which included Albert stating I have a 45-day warranty. I also received a detailed Inspection Report. I would recommend Tapout Termite & Pest Control. I am adding to my review after just reading another customer's review who stating they believed them being Black affected their interaction/experience with Tapout (I am summarizing their comments). I am a Black woman and have had nothing but a great experience, both when calling the office, and with Albert.

The exterminator Quang was very efficient, very careful, and glad to explain the steps of the work he was doing and what we should be on the lookout for as he removed a wasp's nest from outside an upper-story window . Great service for one-time wasp removal!

Exterminator Quang is amazing! We had a few small mice in the home and i am deathly afraid of them! He was able to come next day and his attention to detail is superb! He carefully walked around the house to patch up any holes and answer all of my questions and really have me peace of mind, on his second visit everything was in the clear and no more mice thanks to him! I have been using TapOut for almost 2 years now and I love it! They are so responsive and I love that they are local. Their technician, Orlando, is especially thorough making sure to check everywhere and to seal off openings as found. In fact, my landlord was so pleased with his work that he is using TapOut for all his JC buildings. Also, Alberto, another technician, also went the extra mile to seal off an opening outside. I'll also give a shoutout to their receptionist, Melissa. She is highly professional, answers quickly, and coordinates schedule times expertly.

Steven was an amazing technician and dealt with our squirrel issue. We had a very troublesome time due to how the squirrels were entering our ceiling but Steven and the team visited our home multiple times to set up cameras and traps to get rid of them. After dealing with this issue for months, Steven was able to resolve it within a week. Thank you so much to Steven and all the folks at tapout

Excellent service. Steven comes every month to treat my basement. On the first visit he saw a problem with drains that needed screens and immediately fixed it. Prompt, courteous service, always. Highly recommend Tapout and Steven.

We are happy with our service. Albert isn't in a rush to get out, hears you out about the apparent problem (in my case "heard signs of mice in the wall") and fixes where needed (hole in the wall behind the stove.) He had no issues pulling out our heavy stove and we joked he is the terminator. Fingers crossed the problem is solved but we know we can depend on Tap to come see us in between monthly services if needed.
