He left a trap for the mom, which was successful and he was back out in the morning to collect her. He was very professional, quick, effective, and respectful. I am super please with the service we received from Taylor Wildlife Removal. I contacted Cody about a mystery creature causing damage and possibly nesting in the void where my porch roof met the house roof. He was easy to get ahold of, clear about the cost and services he provided, and came out that day to assess our issue. His inspection was thorough and although the animal was not present at the time, he found hairs leading him to believe it was a raccoon. He gave suggestions to prevent further damage and did a walk around the house to evaluate any other problem areas we had. Cody set traps and caught a mama raccoon that night. He removed her promptly and left the cages (at no cost) for a few more days to make sure we got the offender. After several days without damage or catches, he promptly picked up the cages. Cody was professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. You can tell he is passionate about his work. His prices were straightforward and reasonable.
