Garbage company. Tented my house and smashed my furnace vent (on the roof) in the process. This caused my furnace to stop working during winter. Called them multiple times to fix the problem but they either didn't show up or couldn't find the problem. I had to hire a handyman to fix it, and they wouldn't reimburse me for the cost, claiming they didn't cause the damage. Very frustrating.

My family and I have been using termicon for the last 6 years and we’ve had a great experience every season. They are thorough with their work and knowledgeable, we recently added a fish tank and two geckos to our household and they made sure we had all the relevant information so that our pets would be safe. They’ve been very accommodating to our schedule, and I especially appreciate their professionalism and customer service.

When they show up, Termicon is great - friendly, helpful, and overall good folks. Sadly we’ve had their contractors cancel last minute twice now, forcing us to reschedule and take additional time off work to accommodate their lack of professionalism when it comes to their scheduled appointment times.

Super rude customer service. Scheduled an appointment but no one showed up so called them to check on the status. They claimed we didn't have an appointment in the system and kept asking us to double-check our address? We know where we live, sir. Then made a big deal of "re-entering" our information like it was our fault they did not take down the appointment information correctly. So now we have to reschedule our work hours to accommodate their lack of professionalism. We are only using their service as required by our HOA.

Termicon is the best pest service company I've ever used. We've called everybody and their prices are the most competitive in the market for quality service. They stand behind their work 100% and anything we've called them to get rid of has never come back. Their yearly maintenance services for termites and ants (and our area of Long Beach is overrun with ants) are wonderful as well. We used to come home from work and find our white counters black with ants. NO MORE. We've not had an ant nor termite in our home in more than 10 years now. Their staff is always very professional and friendly and scheduling has always been done a a time convenient to our schedule. We won't ever use anyone else as long as this company is around and providing the same level of service, quality and competitive prices that they've consistently provided for the last 15+ years.
