I have been using Terminix for many years (20 ish). During that time they have been VERY reliable. They show up when they are scheduled (within a window of course) and they also show up in the event that you need them, in-between regular services. My advisor for most of this time has been Patrick. (I like Patrick). When I have called the 800 number it is answered promptly.

Our technician Patrick Volpe is great and does thorough work. Very polite and reliable. He is alway attentive to our questions and concerns.

We have had a horrendous experience with Mike (Michael) from Terminix for our clothing moth infestation. Not only has he cancelled multiple appointments (one time he said we weren't home, when one of us was literally waiting at the window for hours to see when he'd show up), he has refused to take our infestation seriously. It is like pulling teeth to get him to do anything other than just walk around our apartment. We have been dealing with this infestation for 3.5 months and he refuses to spray our apartment. He tells us that we should prepare for fumigation and we spend hours prepping, missing work and school to get our animals out of the apartment. And then every time he does nothing and says it's fine, despite us catching clothing moths in multiple bedrooms of the apartment with specialized traps that we have supplied ourselves. He even tried to convince us we had two other types of moths that we clearly do not have. He is unprofessional, unhelpful, and flaky. I would not recommend Terminix to anyone in the greater Boston area, or anywhere for that matter. My landlord has wasted whatever money he has spent on this service and my advice is that you do not do the same.

I'm well satisfied with terminix. Dan, Chris, and Patrick do an excellent job. I hope to be able to stay with them next year.

We have had James (Jim) F. coming to our house for a long time now and I absolutely adore him! He is so kind and thorough. I enjoy catching up with him every time he comes. Give that man a raise, he deserves it! He should teach customer service classes, for real
