Michael has been my technician for the past year in the Crosby area. He’s reliable and arrived on time, has been very professional, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated his attention to detail— he checked every corner and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. His friendliness and respect for my home made the whole experience stress-free. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely care about keeping customers’ homes safe and pest-free. I feel confident knowing I’m in good hands and would highly recommend this technician to anyone!

I had an excellent experience with my property assessment! Albert was professional, knowledgeable, personable and thorough in his evaluation. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and provided a detailed report that was easy to understand. The process was smooth from start to finish, and I felt confident in the results. I truly appreciate the level of care and expertise, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone needing a reliable property assessment. However I did decide to wait to start service but I will be reaching out to Albert when I am ready.

We have used Terminix for many years and recently had a few active termites found near our home. They fortunately were not in our home but terminix, Brady, who is always great found them and step up treatment for them right away. Roshan Johnson came out to treat the spot where they were found. He was very courteous and kind and got right to work. He did a fantastic job and made sure everything was cleaned up and tidy before he left. We have always had great experiences with terminix and their people and would definitely recommend them.

Mr. Jethro Cooper has been my technician for years and he is absolutely wonderful. He checks in with me for every visit and makes every service call special. I appreciate his uplifting attitude and the service that he provides. Before leaving he always updates me on any issues identified.
