I am extremely disappointed with Terminix. The service is terrible, and their customer care is even worse. The representatives are not knowledgeable and seem more focused on charging my credit card than actually helping. When I signed up, I was told my card would only be charged if I received the service. Later, I started getting calls insisting that I must take the service anyway. This feels like a pure marketing gimmick — and unfortunately, Terminix’s customer care seems to specialize in these tactics. Be very cautious if you decide to deal with them. Do not trust what their customer care tells you, because my experience has been nothing but misleading promises and pushy billing practices.

We love terminix because we love Greg! Seriously, he is so great! I cannot say enough good things about him. We have never considered leaving terminix because we love him and love how he takes care of our house/bugs. He is so knowledgeable, kind, friendly, effective. Plus our bug problems are non existent! Bugs stay out, and we are happy.

Howard came out & did a great job. This was our first experience with Terminix. We were very pleased.

Terminix has been great to work with. The technicians we’ve had have been so kind and always go the extra mile. Definitely would recommend!
