Darnell Johnson always does a great job. My concern is with the fee you charge. I got a mailer saying that I would be charged $90.47 starting 9/40/2025. Today I was billed $97.26. This the second time I have received a mailer saying one thing and getting charged something different. I called Terminix and was told the mailer was incorrect. If the mailer was incorrect, Terminix should have sent a correction. I am elderly and on a fixed income. I feel like I am being duped. It is fraud.

Every single time Darnell shows up it's an amazing experience. Over the years he has become more than just a professional who is outstanding in his line of work. He has become a friend. I highly recommend Terminix to all of my friends and colleagues.
