Our technician, Danny B. was incredibly knowledgeable , thorough, and last but not least gave great customer service and was very friendly. He checked all of our baits and made sure that everything was working properly as well as sprayed for ants and spiders inside our home/garage. He was very patient with answering all of our questions that we had pertaining to issues that we were having . Thank you Danny! We truly appreciated everything.

Lance arrived promptly and immediately set the tone with his exceptional professionalism and courteous demeanor. His attention to detail and genuine engagement throughout the inspection made the entire experience both informative and reassuring. It’s rare to encounter someone who clearly takes such pride in their work and truly cares about the customer’s needs. I was so impressed with his service that I only want Lance to handle all my future inspections. Terminix is extremely lucky to have such a dedicated and outstanding representative on their team!

The technician arrived on time, introduced himself and stated where he planned to start and he immediately went to work. He did an excellent job. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the services he provided. He represented the Terminex company very well. He did an amazing job, and I was pleased with the services he provided. Today’s visit was no charge (although I did pay last month) and to me that’s one of the incentive’s that motivates me to remain a loyal Terminex customer and also that the technicians do a great job.
