Home Visit inspection consultation done by Technician. Very friendly, active listener, made sure all information needed to make assessment was either shared or asked for. Character of a true professional in his field, not one of a salesman giving a pitch. First Professional in this field of service I have had the pleasure of meeting briefly whom showed more concern of my current assessment rather than looking for a come up. The home owner is a 77 year old retired divorced woman with absolutely no knowledge of how to deal with a problem like this. He will definitely be the first professional I will contact to handle all my future pest control needs, and for family/friends referrals. TO SUM IT UP IN ONE WORD FOR MY REVIEW : INTEGRITY.

I have never had a complaint when dealing with my technician EJ. He is very polite and courteous, soft spoken, and generally seems to care when he comes to help. Even when I have to call because I see emails in my house and he has to come out and reassess everything again he checked all the traps and everything inside and out of my house. Make sure that there were no more mice in the house for me. I’m so glad he is my technician and I would not call anybody else. Thank you EJ for all your help.

We have been with Terminix for over 10 years, and have been quite happy and satisfied with their service. Our service technician is Nick. He has been with us for a while, which we like because he knows our place, and what our needs are, and he has been great to work with. He lets us know when he is coming, and when he’s done. Always pleasant, helpful, informative, and responds promptly when we have questions or requests. Highly recommend Nick and Terminix of you need pest control for your home.

Terminix has provided termite and bug abatement at my house for 29 years. Their technicians are always polite and professional. Our current long-time technician is John. He reminds me of appointments, text when he is on his way, lets me know when he has arrived and even lets me know by text or personal contact when he is done! He cleans off webs from my eaves and lights. He sends me a detailed report when he has completed all work. He even tells me to call him, personally if I notice any activity at any time. I couldn’t ask for better more professional service and reliability. Five stars!!
