We all absolutely love Luis, who is the service technician assigned by Terminix. He is so thorough with his inspections, he always checks all the rat trap stations, replenishes the bait. He is also very attentive to our any other needs. We found a ton of yellow jackets in and around the house this summer. He came twice for service, always so thorough and ensures that we are protected. Overall I love Terminix because of the work Luis does, thank you so much. Anytime we need anything we can reach out to him and he is always attentive, and fits us in the schedule as soon as possible

Luis on site was great and explained everything during our appointment. He addressed all of our concerns. Ted and Rich were also excellent in setting up our account and service. 10/10 experience! Kendre came during the allotted time and quickly resolved my issue. We discovered bat droppings and found that a small bat was living in the vent of our attic. Kendre removed the bat and closed up the vents. I’d highly recommend!

The worst service ever. Save your money. Had a bee problem and was guaranteed it will be eliminated once I paid for the one time @ almost $400. They had came once , and the bees were swarming inside and outside the house, it took them Two weeks to send the same service rep to spray but never got rid of the bees. I had my pets , daughter, my husband and myself stung several times. When I called the 3rd time , they sent me an Inspector” Sales Rep “ to sell me a contract on quarterly basis as my 30 days had expired and other it her I pay another one time fee or go under a contract. I would never ever use them or recommend them for any service.
