We've had great service from every technician we've been assigned by Terminix. Our current tech is Santiago Gonzales, who is awesome. Excellent communicator before, during, and after his visits, very professional, and a creative problem solver. Highly recommended.

Pearce arrived in a timely manner and was very polite and efficient. He quickly located the entry points and was able to treat two places inside and out. He offered good suggestions, as well. We can highly recommend Pearce.

We have been using the Tucson Terminix service for two years now and are very happy. Gilbert has been our technician for at least the past year and he is excellent at his work and has the best communication with me. He always tells me when he will be there and coordinates to see what I need and if the timing works. We are very happy.

Gilberto was excellent in communicating with me for his timing. He always came with a smile and got to work right away. He was prompt and summarized his findings after treatment in everyday terms I could understand. I highly recommend Gilberto as a representative of Terminix!

Be aware. We purchased home that previous owners had an account. Terminix offered to send tech out to show us their program and what they did. We never signed up for service. Last month we got a notice from collection company that our account was overdue. We never had an account. We never had service. We never asked for pest control. Now we have a collection company going after us for $34.99 and its hit our credit report. (it started at over $1,000) One month ago I spoke with ARM Solutions, their in-house collections company. They agreed this was all incorrect and we should never have had an account. They sent in-house letter to their in-house billing department with all the notes and details. They said they would do two things. Get me confirmed receipt of zero dollar balance in writing. Get me details showing this was removed from Credit Reporting. I just received bill with balance. Beware of this company, as very unethical to set up account and service with no contract or agreement. Very challenging to get removed even given the fact they agree and account or agreement was never made. Most agents I have spoken to almost unintelligible due to language challenges. I will keep this review up as long as I have to wait for resolution in writing. Many companies here to get pest control, I would not choose this one if you want it to go smoothly. Not surprised. Email below is not valid. All department weak I see. Consumers beware. 3 Months of pain with this company Terminix in Tucson. And the number I was given for local Tucson Terminix was a wrong number in Georgia. oh my!
