AWFUL EXPERIENCE! My family and I have been having a yellow jacket problem and the first technician was completely incompetent and came several hours early (gave us a window of 1p-3p) and we weren’t even awake yet. He sprayed one spot and missed the others that were next to it and he refused to use a ladder to check our attic (where the hive probably is). My three-year-old sister has already been stung several times. We called to have them come back and this time an inspector was supposed to come. They confirmed the appointment this morning and gave a 3-5p window. It is now 6pm and they did not show up and will not answer us. Completely ignoring us and didn’t show up. Horrible service and customer service. Would never recommend this company.

Very professional and thorough. My family can now enjoy our big backyard without getting all bitten up. I enjoy how informative they are. Let you know when they’re on their way, finished and then pictures sent.

Scheduled maintenance treatment for exterior pest control conducted this morning. Happy to hear that there were no visible signs of pests, termites or rodents on my property. Treatment is effective. The tech, Sam Tieu was courteous and efficient. Thanks!

I had a fraud issue with my credit card and had to change my card. A pain, but it happens. I charged the number with terminx, but since I made the change terminx has sent three other notices on failed billing. Each time, rep confirmed I owe nothing and blamed system. Okay, the first time, but not second and third. One more and I leave terminix. There are other companies and some are cheaper. Understand the problem, fixed it, but really do not like the in correct follow up since it could impact my credit rating. Not a big deal to you, but a big deal to me. Been with you for a decade, but thinking it might be time for a change.

Sam was very friendly and knowledgeable about the different types of pest and what could be done with them. He answered my many questions and did not get annoyed. He explained everything he was going to do before he did it. I would recommend him to family and friends.
