I called Terminix and asked about getting an estimate for spraying the house. I was told I get a call back from the office in San Angelo to discuss prices. I received a text later that day from one of the technicians in San Angelo telling me what time he would be at my house in the morning to spray. WOAH, WHAT???? I never agreed to this! I asked for an estimate and suddenly they are planning to show up at the house and spray??? That’s a little presumptuous. And it just lost you a potential customer. Terminix just took it upon themselves to show up at my house. Bad move! I’m going with Bug Express.

Terminix did a great job. They always call before the scheduled appointment and are very professional and polite. The service man showed up at the exact scheduled time, which is really nice. I have been using them for several years and do not have any complaints.

Not at all what I expected. The service is really good. They are patient with us in our neverending war on fire ants. The price is not as friendly as the technicians that have come out here but it's worth every penny. They are as thorough as you could expect or hope. I'm glad I went the extra mile because they do as well.

I looked at my bill after the technician left and realized he had dishonestly written in several services that he said he did to my house which he did NOT do! I specifically asked him to spray up under the eaves of my home. My 25 year old daughter was on the front porch and I asked her to watch him and he was not spraying up under the eaves. He did not know she was watching him until she said something, and he told my daughter that he was spraying up under the eaves, as he turned the corner of the house out of her view. He wrote on my ticket that he used the pressure sprayer attached to the truck. He did not! We were having problems with mice so he brings in 5 sticky boxes to be put together and put where the problems are. He put together 3 and handed my daughter the other 2 and told her to put them where ever she wanted to. From where I was sitting I could clearly see him spray one bedroom and he only sprayed down one wall in that room. I am in a wheelchair and it made it difficult for me to follow him around, so my daughter was. The last thing he was dishonest about on my ticket was that he had put granules out and I can ALWAYS see them after tech's put them out. I never saw one granules. One more thing inside my house, I have a severe problem area around french doors I have and a lot of insects come in there so I asked him to spray it really good in that area and he barely went over it. He also did not spray behind my couch. I had been using Terminix for years and always had the same wonderful older technician that put 110% into what he was doing and always did everything he marked on that ticket he left me. When he retired, I got a new technician that I never felt comfortable about. He always spent half the time my prior tech did supposedly doing the same things to my home. Then one day my daughter was here to watch him outside and I looked at my ticket and saw proof positive he was pulling the wool over my eyes!!! Then I started the process of trying to complain and let his General Manager know what was going on with him and for MONTHS could not get this man to call me. I stay home everyday and have voicemail. He would NOT call me. Then I was told his supervisor would call me. Never got that call either. They have an office in San Angelo TX but the only # you can call is the corporate # in some other state. All I could do was complain to them and just get empty promises about phone calls that never happened. They even serviced my brothers house 2 miles from me and they stopped coming to his house with no notice or explanation to my brother. I would NEVER recommend using the San Angelo TX office! And if you do use them you better follow them around and make sure they are doing what they are putting on your ticket. From the horrible dishonest service I had gotten from this tech to being ignored about it by the General Manger and his supervisor, this began to affect my health so I finally just had to put this out of my life and forget these people. I paid my last bill and will NEVER use them again. John, I wish you had never retired!

If I could give zero or negative stars I would. This is the absolute worst quality service and customer support I have ever encountered. We had ants in our kitchen and called to have our home treated. Technician came out and only treated outside of home so my wife had to run him down to treat the inside, which is the whole reason for the scheduled appointment in the first place. So on Sunday, we still have ants, I called to schedule another appointment and was told they would be out Monday between 8-10 am. Monday came and went without any additional service. Finally Tuesday I get a call saying they can’t come out until the following Friday. As a business owner, if I did a job that a customer was not satisfied with I immediately address the issue, and besides discounting the service, get the issue resolved ASAP! If I treated my customers the way I was treated, I would be out of business in less than a month. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB immediately. This is why you should small local businesses who actually care about their customers!
