We’ve been Terminix customers for more than 10 years. Prices are reasonable. Today’s service was a general outdoor pest control service. Oliver is an excellent technician. He lets me know when he’ll arrive, explains what he’s doing, and tells me what he finds. He is professional, knowledgeable , responsible, and a very nice guy. Highly recommend.

Oliver is my exterior pest control agent and he was EXCELLENT. I mentioned having some issues inside the house with some unwanted pests and he geared right up, placed traps EVERYWHERE, got me taken care of with additional replacement traps, and went the extra mile to point out deficiencies in some areas that are allowing exterior elements to come in the house. When I mentioned I have an exclusion contract with Terminix, he went ahead and personally called in to get another agent in charge of that to come out the very next day. That’s what you call excellent customer care. I will always do business with Terminix for as long as my experience continues to be exemplary like it was today with Oliver.
