We have been using Terminix for over 10 years and highly recommend their services. They are very professional and take care of you like you're family. Drew has made sure that every house we have lived in has been pest free!

Unfortunately my experience was no where near what I expected. I made an appointment with terminix based on a recommendation (different location). When I made the appointment and explained the situation to the person who scheduled me I made a specific point to ask her "do you guys seal any spots with foam or the steel pads that you find that are entry points for rodents or pests? I was told specifically "every technician has their own process and will seal the way that they deem appropriate for your case". I was also told that they will check back in with me in 10-12 days and because someone else I know that used Terminix stated they come back and check traps etc (another reason I specifically booked with them) but I was told they will not come back out to do that check up in person. The technician stated the space could not be sealed. However it absolutely can. I called to follow up about the services I received because honestly I could have done what was done for a lot cheaper than $150 dollars. I paid for the service because I didn't want to have to do anything. The owner made comments to me such as "we're not doing house work" because he was told that the only way to seal this space was with a piece of wood. Why would I want them to do housework? That comment in and of itself was rather presumptuous and degrading to assumed I'd want someone to do "housework" . As a pest control company you create a temporary solution for the customer with the steel wool pads or foam and then say this is what you probably should do long term however. When I stated to him while on the phone during booking that I was told specifically that you guys will do some form of sealing because I specifically asked this question, he put me on hold and called out to Kim in the background to verify my story. The entire conversation was smug and degrading. I have canceled the quarterly service I was initiating and will NEVER recommend them. So super disappointed.

Still waiting for a phone call. They never got back to me. I called again and it said "office closed" during office hours. Young lady I spoke to, 2 wks ago was very nice
