Cody was extremely helpful and educated about his job and the services being provided. He listened carefully offering a knowledgeable solution and ideas for continued services with Terminex. He was happy and provided great customer service with a smile on his face. I feel there was no area he did not cover or offer to cover in my home and with any questions or concerns I had. He explained everything he was doing , and why. This was a great experience.

The inspector, Cody Evans, was friendly, kept me informed about his arrival through text messages, discussed his plan, and shared the results of his inspection through photos. I was satisfied with his service.

First of all, my technician Cody called me. It was a pleasant surprise because it has been a while since previous techs have called me. He was polite, knowledgeable, and made it a point to answer all of my questions. He also called me after my appointment. Sure, I could have read the follow-up report but he went above and beyond to make sure he updated me. Thank you Cole for everything!
