My tech Phil Dorofy is great. Always calls ahead of appt to double check the date and time is good for me. Does his job efficiently and always talks to me about any issues that I may have both inside and outside of my home.

Amr from Terminix was very professional, thorough and personable. He addressed all the issues that we discussed and explained what his treatment would do and what we have to do to maintain. I highly recommend Amr Elgendy.

Mike has been our technician for a few years. Always detailed in his service. Asked him to come indoors to inspect the upstairs attic, and all corners requiring new insect traps. outdoor Patio area, rodent traps.

Chris was amazing!! He’s very thorough, kind and thoughtful. I also loved his communication through text to let me know when he was coming and what to do about our ant problem. He was very sweet and Informative. I enjoy his service a lot!

Horrible service, no communication, lazy technician who was known for being a bad technician and still giving him jobs to do and now have been waiting for my refund for weeks now and have been told countless times the “owner” will be reaching out to me and never has. Definitely do not recommend lack of accountability and professionalism.
