I’ve made a comment in the email. Ethan was very professional. I’m very impressed on his concern for his customers. He added the extra baited stations. That needed to be done, and he did it before I could say anything about it. Since he asked did anyone come out & did a check in crawl space. Nobody have come out this yr. He did an inspection in the crawl space. He was very informed about what to check for, etc. Hopefully he’ll return next time. Thank you sir for ur honesty.

I had an outstanding experience with Derick at Terminix! From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to our pest control needs. He mentioned he has over 5 years of experience, and it really shows! Derick took the time to thoroughly inspect our home and explained every step of the process. My experience with Terminix has been a breeze in its entirety. We had been experiencing pest activity in our basement recently—let's say it was starting to look like the Amazon down there. We just had my sister's friend’s cousin move in, and she brought these critters with her! Critters everywhere—in her hair, on the ceiling—you’d think she just came out of the woods! They started biting my toes at night and I was about fed up until Seth showed up at my door and got us taken care of for a really good price too! Overall Derick’s friendly demeanor made us feel comfortable, he helped us get all the furniture out so we can burn it later. Hell, he even helped mount our brand bug free tv to the wall! It is safe to say we’re critter free! We really appreciated his commitment to ensuring our home was pest-free. He deserves a raise and a promotion for his exceptional service!
