TORIANO JONES is amazing!!! He is our assigned technician and is very professional, courteous and efficient. He came today very swiftly without much notice and removed a wasp nest that was on my porch. Several weeks ago he came and treated our house for these little brown flying bugs. He used the effective chemicals outside and also recommended that I use yellow fluorescent lights outside instead of the white ones. I did as he recommended and they are GONE! TORIANO is a stellar technician and I hope he is promoted at Terminix to train others to exude this high level of customer service!!! He is the best. Bravo and thank you!!!!!🙏🏿

I have the best Terminix technician, Dee. He always texts me the day before and when he is on his way. He talks me through everything and is very thorough. I like the consistency and Dee has been with me for three years now. I’m very happy with my overall service at Terminix.
