    We had the best experience with the technician Bill who came for our home review yesterday. He was clearly an expert that knew how to evaluate our needs. What was significant was his excellent customer service which meant a lot. He provided us with the type of A+ value that we often no longer see in other companies. What is also notable is that from my first inquiring call, the staff at Terminex was excellent including being able to schedule my service within 24 hours. I highly recommend this company and will only use them for future needs.

    Very impressed with Brian. He communicated with me plus the written report. His servicing is very professional. He actually did cared about the condition of the traps. I have been with you over 15 years. Since my property is a rental; I feel like some past servicing has been very minimal until I ask for a closer look. Great job Brian, u deserve a raise !

    I’ve not had a good experience with Terminix. First of all, the salesman Bill came out to look at my house, sold me a $1200(ish) per year package for pest control that I was told included gopher control. We had a VERY specific conversation about my gopher issues and I informed him that this was my PRIMARY concern. For my first appointment, the technician came out and sprayed for bugs, etc., around my house (and did not do a great job). He also was inappropriately making advances on me in conversation and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Also, he didn’t have the right equipment to do the gopher control and said he’d have to come back out. After that, I didn't hear from Terminix. So I called and was told my pest control package doesn’t include gopher control and it would cost more to have that. Again, I had a very specific conversation with Bill and told him I was primarily concerned about the gophers… so I’m not sure how he possibly sold me the wrong package. I still wanted to proceed and get a technician back to my place to hopefully get rid of the gophers, so I paid even more to have that done. In the meantime, I still had plenty of little critters in and outside of my house, I thought the spray was supposed to control that but apparently it wasn't working. I mentioned to the technician who was making a return trip that I still had spiders and ants, etc., and he said he would spray again. I made sure to NOT be home when he came back out because it was the same tech as before that made me uncomfortable. Because I wasn't here, I’m not sure what he did while he was here because the gophers are still a major problem, and I still have spiders, wasps, and ants.

    I called this afternoon to get my upcoming appointment updated, and instead of receiving excellent customer service, I received passive-aggressive service from Jerry. All I needed was for them to make changes to the packet I got. When I first scheduled my appointment with Natasha, it went great, and I got the pests, ticks, and mosquito services. But after thinking it over, we decided to get the pest control service. Alana said that she was able to assist with that and make the changes for the upcoming appointment. But I still needed to be sent to the cancellation department to remove the other two products. That’s when Jerry was pressuring me to keep those services. I get it. It’s part of your job to have the customer keep those services, but once they tell you nicely, “NO, we no longer need those services”. They need to back off and comply with the customer's directive. Jerry said he couldn’t help me remove those two items and that the entire bundle had to be removed. At that point, I was aggravated since Alana mentioned she would take care of it. When I asked for the confirmation number that the bundle had been canceled, Jerry said that he couldn’t give me a confirmation number and that the computer would send the confirmation number to my email. I have yet to receive that email. There is still a pending charge on my bank statement.

    We made an appointment, the technician didn’t show up and didn’t call. After they missed the appointment time I called them, they said they would check and see why the technician didn’t show up, mean while we rescheduled the appointment for 2 weeks later and once again they didn’t show up and didn’t call. One star is more satisfying than our schedule appointments were.
