We have been very happy with Terminix, but what truly sets the experience apart is Lance. He is professional, reliable, and extremely easy to communicate with. He always shows up on time, explains the treatment process clearly, and follows through on what he says he will do. His loyalty and consistency give us peace of mind, and we know our home is in good hands. It is rare to find someone so trustworthy in this field, and Lance is the reason we continue to choose Terminix. The company provides good service, but Lance makes it great.

Sypher knows his job and courteous. I'm satisfied that he replaced 4 bait stations. His kind of work is one of the reasons I'll keep Terminix to safeguard our house from termites!

I have been with Terminix for years and since I have had no issues with any pests /insects. We always get competitor companies coming and knocking at our door with promises of lower rates which isn’t that much lower but it’s hard to find a exterminator like Johnathan who I can trust throughout the years to do a good job and trust him at my home when I’m not there that yo me is priceless. Johnathan is the reason I’m still with Terminx they are lucky to have such a hard working and trustworthy employee who takes pride in doing a good job.

I love living in Hawaii but do not love the bugs in the house. Kalani the Terminex guy is always a welcome sight! He is friendly, professional, and does a great job. I tried a different company before Terminex and I’m so glad I switched. Terminex gets the job done!! Now I can enjoy all the good things that living here offers without worrying about unwanted bugs. Five stars for FLORENCE B. THE BEST TECH EVER. He is a literal blessing! I’ve been using Terminix for years… through multiple apartments and now my own home and I have never had a technician like Florence. He is truly one of a kind. From the moment he arrived, he made us feel so educated, safe, and taken care of. He doesn’t just spray and go. He explains everything, teaches us what’s happening, walks us through prevention tips, and actually helps ease all our fears (which is a LOT because we panic over every bug 😭). The services he’s done for us so far have actually been effective & we’ve noticed a huge difference. You can tell Florence genuinely cares about his customers and their homes. He’s very patient, kind, and goes above and beyond EVERY SINGLE TIME. I can’t even tell you how much peace of mind he’s given us.
