First time meeting Rachel our inspection person she was very pleasant and thorough. She treated a area of concern and inspected in and out of the house checking cabinets and drawers for droppings. Thanks for the good service Karl Communication was also great she called in advance and kept me posted on arrival time which I appreciate cause Im forgetful and miss my appointments.

I appreciate how Michael Bartiz communicates with me via text regarding when he’s arriving 2 days before and the day of the appointment. He was able to be flexible to meet my time constraints. He always does a thorough job and answers any questions. I especially like that he knows our property now after many years, and I can refer to a location and he understands what I’m talking about. He clearly is dedicated to doing a good job.

We've been using Terminex for close to 20 years now. We have a quarterly contract in which they spray the exterior of our home, and will spray the inside too if you request it and are home at the time. It's great because we have quite a few centipedes due to the terrain and surroundings. One oddity happened as our bill slowly jumped close to 90% from when we first started service. While inflation is expected, the oddity came when I called to cancel service due to the sharp price increase. I phoned the local office and they naturally asked why I was canceling as we've been customers for over a decade. I told her why, and she magically dropped our quarterly payment back, near to its original amount, stating that all we need to do is "call in when this happens". Hmm... Okay... Much appreciated though! After a treatment, its not unusual to find nearly dead or completely dead bugs and critters around the yard, especially those nasty centipedes. Sometimes they do find their way into the house, so it's not a 100% guarantee, unfortunately. The treatment is pet friendly as well, you just have to let the area dry before letting them back in. OVERALL: Effective and a necessity for us.

Rachel has been performing termite issues on our property for the last two years. She is a breath of fresh air, always has a smile and a friendly word. Rachel is diligent and takes her work seriously. I know if there is a problem she will relay it to me. We find her service to be impeccable.

I can’t say enough good things about our pest control technician, Alan! He consistently goes above and beyond every visit — always thorough, professional, and proactive. Alan takes the time to explain what he’s doing, answers questions, and ensures every concern is addressed. It's clear he genuinely cares about doing a great job and keeping my home pest-free. On top of that, Alan is an absolute pleasure to work with — friendly, respectful, and reliable. It’s rare to find someone who combines excellent service with such a great attitude. I feel lucky to have him and Terminix keeping my home pest free!
