Do not use!!! This company was horrible to work with and upon complaints, have refused all my calls and customer service says they leave all decisions up to the branch. I can’t get through to anyone, and customer service says the branch manager refuses to call and marks my inquiry as closed. I signed a year long contract for extermination due to mice in the attic, upon the first visit, the technician says they dont treat mice in the attic. I was shocked as that’s what I signed the contract for. They said once they do the exclusion, I should see less activity or they’ll come back. I don’t. I ask them to come back out, they say no that the contract is only for 4 visits, which was not explained during the meeting. So I wait 3 months, they come out and say there is nothing further for them to do and I have to pay for extra services if I want the mice gone. Multiple inspections they noted different insulation types, even though it was the same tech doing the inspection. It was all around a terrible experience and the most unprofessional company I’ve ever had to deal with.

I would have given zero stars if possible. Don't waste your money with this company. I spent almost $4000 to have the foundation wrapped with aluminum to prevent mice from entering the house. Also had some special caulking around garage placed. Still have mice. Had an appt today between 10-12. Tech never showed. Currently on hold with Terminex. Next call is to the BBB.

Have had a contract for over a year and have paid over $1700. The initial inspection revealed no damage. After one + year of treatment, I noticed damage and called for a second inspection and was told the damage was new because he would have seen it in the first time. I have attempted to contact Terminix to resolve the issue and repair damage for over two months. The only response I received was after I contacted the Better Business Bureau, and I was told they would submit a damage claim. Since that time, my numerous calls and text message for a resolution have been ignored.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They repeatedly scheduled appointments without confirming my availability, which caused a lot of inconvenience. I was told that other customers were experiencing similar issues, which suggests a broader problem with their scheduling system. More seriously, they charged me for a month of service that was never provided. Although they said the claim would be escalated, I never received a refund. Their reports and statements were also inaccurate, which made it difficult to trust the quality of their service. Given these ongoing issues—poor communication, billing problems, and unreliable documentation—I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want dependable and professional pest control.

If you want good service and people to actually show up at your house the day you schedule, I wouldn't recommend Terminix. I had to call 4 TIMES! AND STILL GOT NO SERVICE!!! They came to my house for 5 minutes to spray my house and DIDN'T even do what I asked them to do!!! There customer service ABSOLUTELY BLOWS!!! I'm about to cancel and go somewhere else!!!

Worst experience with a company in my entire life. Spent 3000 and all they caught and killed was a bird. Asked for my contract to be cancelled at the end of the year but they continue to charge, not cancel and call daily. There’s never a record of my cancellation request. Criminal.

Update2: Called Manager Direct line and left message and txt 8/13 of dead mice and wasp nest and no call back so called Customer service to schedule removal of more dead mice 8/14. They said no appts were available and they would send note to local office. Still no call 8/19. So I removed foul smelling dead mice myself. What a ripoff this company is! Update1: I finally got a call from John a Manager 8/8 at the Warwick office to resolve my ongoing issue of not getting service after paying for mice exclusion. He agreed there is a communication problem between their customer service and their local office so gave me a direct line which was a mobile phone. He scheduled a very experienced Tech named Manny as high priority. Manny came today and removed the mice and sealed more visible entry points with steel wool and foam so I am pleased with this service visit and confident follow up will be given. I signed up for an Exclusion Program for mice and have their regular Pest Control. The exclusion program warrants the process of closing off entry points for mice. So I had some follow-up with mice removed but terrible fly problem waiting for this. Now have additional dead mice that was reported and a week later no service even though website showed I had an appointment between 8 and 4 with a no show today! Only to find out the local office should have verified and provided a 2hr window. Well when it says in their portal you have an appt and nobody shows up and you find out the local office didn’t schedule you???????? Terrible service
