I had a great experience with my service technician, Jacob. He was fantastic from start to finish. He notified me in advance of his arrival, showed up right on time, and was both thorough and respectful throughout the visit. After completing the work, he took the time to review everything with me, which I really appreciated. Excellent service all around!

I've had 3 different gentlemen from this office service my house and worked with several of the ladies in the office. I couldn't be happier, services are quick, affordable and I dont tend to see a single bug until right before i get the reminder call to schedule! They're the household name for a reason!

I had an appointment at 5. The man showed up at 4:00pm. We asked him to wait for us to put our pets on a balcony. When we returned to the door, he was gone. He left a note asking us to reschedule.

Overall I'm pleased. A little pricey for the quality of service done. The services are good & though they're passionate about what they do... That passion seems to stop at pest control & collecting payment. I don't have unwanted pest which is great & I don't have a termite problem which is also good. However... Passion should also include "paying attention to details!" If you have to replace, relocate or install a new termite trap in the ground... Don't leave the fresh soil you just dug up laying on clean concrete! Come on! There's only concrete on on one side of the dirt you just dug up. Would it have been that much trouble to sweep it off the concrete & back into the yard? Maybe next time you drill dig up the soil... You do so in a manner that doesn't drop the fresh black dirt on someone's concrete. After all the termite bait traps are in the dirt & not jackhammered into the concrete.

we have been with another large pest control organization or at least 15 years. A change in ownership caused us to look elsewhere. Terminix was the first one we called and we never looked back. Very professional, very responsive and Service that is fabulous!
