If I could rate them a zero, I would. I paid over $1800 for their services. They came to my house for 1.5 hours and I haven't seen them since. One tech called to come back, but cancelled at 5pm, said he would call back to reschedule and I have not heard from him AT ALL. They were supposed to patch holes inside and outside my house from rodent damage. They did a quick assessment of the outside and filled a few areas. Quickly swept down cobwebs, and sprayed a small bee nest, left black rodent boxes outside. And inside they guy set five snare traps, even though he saw I already had five set. He said his will work better because he has better bait. He NEVER came back to check them. To do inside repairs. I still have a rodent problem, which has gotten WORSE since I signed a contract with Terminix. I would NEVER recommend and have been telling friends and family to spread the word, do not use them.

So far it’s not been a good experience unfortunately. The tech hasn’t come yet; we had an appointment slot of 8-10 am. It’s now almost 11. I called customer service once already and she was going to message the tech to contact me with an ETA. No call and the tech is a no show. If you are running significantly late and can’t make your appointment window, please have your techs contact the customer. You have my contact info. That’s basic and common sense customer service.

Did not use this service nor do I need it. Ignored the knocks and door bell rings he went away. Went to every house on my street harassing people trying to sell his services at 8pm in the evening. I’m relaxing on my front patio and he comes up to us while I told him we’re relaxing quietly and just want to be left alone. Continues to do a profile asking what I do, how long I’ve lived at the house, how old we are. Wasted about 20 min of my time. I was not interested in his services and mentioned it very nicely multiple times. He kept pushing and trying to give me a deal and discount.. based on my profession. I told him a hard no. Continued to go and hard as my neighbors while they’re enjoying family time with their kids. One neighbor literally slammed the door and told him off. Which he proceeded to finally leave the neighborhood. Unbelievable business practice. I wouldn’t use this service if it was free. Everyone beware of these con people.

So far they have kept me waiting all morning. And are 2 hours late for an appointment. Not a single I am sorry or a text. Appointment from 8 to 12. Here we are 1:36 and when I called they said they might have to reschedule. Yet I have an event in just a few hours and need this to be handled before hand. If there not here before 4pm .y event will be toast and I will demand a full refund. I had herd so many good things. A lack of communication wasn't done of them. I am seriously disappointed.

My experience with Terminix has been very disappointing. Appointments were scheduled, yet technicians failed to show up on multiple occasions. I was informed several times that messages would be passed along to the branch manager, Phil Burger (Rochester/Buffalo area), but after leaving seven messages, I have not received a single return call. Although a technician eventually came to address a bee infestation, the issue persists three weeks later. The lack of professionalism, communication, and follow-up is unacceptable.

1. A door to door salesman came and encouraged us to buy his service, leading us to believe it was a ONE time, very thorough application. This was untrue. He signed us up for a recurring service, and when the tech got here he barely did anything. He just dusted some cobwebs and sprayed around the house. The paperwork he left me was confusing, so I called the company to find out what it was that we actually bought, rather than what we thought we bought. 2. I have since cancelled, and they are refusing to drop the 2nd month’s bill (even though we didn’t receive services the 2nd month). The first time I called, the person I talked to said they WOULD drop it, and we were all set. But we kept receiving overdue bill notices, so I called again. This person said they would NOT drop the bill because they ought to charge me for the entire year, but are being generous in letting me out of our service agreement. I read through the service agreement. Nowhere does it say we have to pay for the whole year if we cancel. This company has been one lie after another. EDIT: I am updating this review to say that Terminix has finally removed the balance for the month we did not receive services for. Therefore, I am bumping them from one star to 2 stars

My husband was tricked into signing up for a yearly membership. We asked for a copy of the contract over a week ago and still haven't gotten it. The representative "Brandy" originally told my husband we can't cancel until the year is up. Then when we messaged online, they changed their story. But they said we have to pay $170 for a "cancellation fee". We asked if we'd receive another service since we're paying for it, and Brandy said we have to pay it for "administrative fees" and we would not get another service. I contacted the BBB and only then did they remove the $170 balance. Absolute scam of a company from start to finish, and Brandy was very rude and passive aggressive

Terrible company. The technician came very late with bed behavior had no enough materials with him. He is blaming us why we accept the late service schedule. He left with out service. The technician left the traffic cons too.
