our tech who came out was amazing. his name was Jahmir and we loved him! we had a huge yellow jacket nest- and after one visit we noticed changes right away. we got the yearly plan so looking forward to our next visit! also jahmir explained our services and costs so much better than the rep who came out for the initial quote/inspection. so far great company and great experience 🙏🏻🙏🏻

My Terminix technician, Jahmir, was polite, efficient, and very knowledgeable! He took care to address all of our issues and made sure that we knew what precautions to take for our dog in the process. I am pleased with the professionalism of Terminix's employees!

Very responsive and professional service. Upon initial wasp nest removal and yellow jackets treatment, Carlos returned four more times to continually treat the bee infestation area. Now we are completely worry free. We are so thankful and will select Terminix with no reservation.

Luis is a great technician. He is prompt and always gets to us when needed. He responds to my texts and always helps and makes time on the schedule. He is kind, courteous, and a great guy.

Brad Miller was amazing. He went above and beyond and made us feel completely comfortable. He has an expertise when it comes to attention to detail and really knew what he was doing. After he was done he even took the time to explain in detail to us first time home owners. Highly reccomend working with him and he was extremely pleasant all around.

First time I've had to deal with bugs. Jerry was amazing very understanding, knowledgable and very friendly. Helped me understand the step by step process and addressed any concerns. Both Javier and Malclm were great! They found the entrance point right away and worked in the attic and crawl space and in the living areas that had water or electric pipes/openings to seal them. They'll be back in 2 weeks to check on the results. We are very satisfied so far.
