I had a wonderful experience with Terminix thanks to John N! He was extremely professional, friendly, respectful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I really appreciated that he called prior to the appointment letting me know he’s on his way and when to expect him. Once he arrived for the service, he was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions and go over the process as a whole. After the service he restated the steps he took today and made sure I had no other questions before his departure. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his work and about making customers feel comfortable and informed. Excellent service from start to finish. Thank you John!

Dan Brown, a State Certified Pest Technician from Terminix, came today to spray inside for various types of bugs. He did a very thorough inspection and treated all the areas in the house, also sprayed around the outdoor perimeter. He took time to show me some of the areas in the basement that need to be blocked off. I truly appreciate his professionalism, patience, knowledge, and kindness. Thank you, Dan!

I bought a house with Termite issue in Detroit. This is what their team helped me find in the 2nd year revisit. It was an old nest with no active termite activity. But they will treat the spots if there are new termite issue in my house. I had a bad luck with a dishonest seller but fortunately pick a good company treating this issue. I did quote for several companies. This is the best one in specialize of termites. Very professional for all procedures.

John was very personable and called to let us know he would be at our home closer to the end of our time window. He sprayed all of the necessary areas and advised if we are still seeing pill bugs/earwigs in 7-14 days, they will come back out again at no additional charge. Time will tell if the treatment has worked, however we had a great experience with setting up the service and our tech!

I’ve been using Terminix services for pest control for over 10 years. What makes them stand apart is their technician Jason. He is friendly, outgoing, and is consistently reliable and responsive. He communicates well and is a pleasure to work with.

Jason has been our tech since we hired Terminix a couple years ago. We've had a great experience. Not only has Jason helped us with ants and carpenter bees, he has been prompt, courteous, and helpful. He will look into things if he immediately doesn't know the answer to other pest issues. We have had ZERO ants in our house since hiring Terminix!

Terminix has been taking care of my needs for a few years now and have always done a great job. The service technician Daniel Brown has been taking care of me since I started with Terminix.
