    There isn’t an option to leave 0 stars or I certainly would. As a customer of 8 years, we recently had an awful experience that is still ongoing. Pictures included of the birds nest that the tech left in our grass, and the broken eggshell with baby bird guts being swarmed by ants. Only one of the many things that have gone wrong with their service. Our situation has been “escalated” and told we would receive follow up by end of day Friday (7/18). We have yet to receive that follow up call and the Operations Manager won’t return our calls/text. My family has been without a decent amount of money since they made an unauthorized charge to our debit card. I am appalled by the lack of communication and accountability. If this is their definition of acceptable and quality customer service, they should be ashamed. It is starting to look like we need to dispute their charge and seek legal counsel.

    OVER PROMISE AND UNDER DELIVER- new motto for Terminix Dayton. After spending $15,000.00 I can not get a return phone call or email addressing the issues with our service. We signed our contract less than 30 days ago and has been nothing but a headache from the beginning. We’ve had 10 different appointments with Terminix and ALL have either rescheduled, no call no show, or received low quality service. The last appointment I requested a number to call a manager to escalate our issues and was cussed at and hung up on by Matt Kattine. I called the local number and was told I’d have a call by Saturday 7/12. I am still waiting a response.

    We paid $2000 for a 'wildlife exclusion' package for our home and garage in July of 2024....long story short, we did not actually receive the service until December 2024. Upon noticing in the early spring of 2025 that we still had a problem with squirrels in the garage, I contacted the office to have them come back out to remedy the situation. I am still waiting for them to honor their contract 4 months later....moreover, the management team has not responded to my multiple requests via email or telephone. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ACCOUNTABILITY FOR SERVICES NOT RENDERED. If you are in the Dayton area, I would highly recommend you choose another pest service. The video below shows that the soffit is full of black walnuts stashed by squirrels, hence the dark liquid running out when the water hits it. Again, we paid $2000 for this service...yep, that's right, 2k and they will not return a phone call!!! Disgraceful.

    I was very dissatisfied with my service. I hired Terminix to catch one or more groundhogs living in my backyard which were never caught. Terminix started off baiting the traps with cat food, which groundhogs do not eat. The traps caught several racoons, one of which was left on my property for an extended period of time which I had to feed to make sure it didn't die before it could be picked up. I asked several times for a refund and was constantly denied. I did not receive calls from the manager I was assured I would receive. Overall, the problem was not solved and I was not refunded my payment. Edit: I don't know how to send a DM to Terminix. How do I do this?

    Worst experience!!!! Worst experience ever. No technician showed up on the day of my first time scheduled service. I called customer service to reschedule and they couldn't find my account. Okay, I called the inspector and talk him for the next available day. ..Still no one showed up at second time . I called customer service to cancel and requested the refund. She said yes . and now I'm still being charged every month. ….No service but keep charging .?!

    I didn’t have the best experience with terminix the first time around, but when they sent Kaleb out it was a much better experience!!! He went above and beyond to take care of the problem, he was extremely kind and professional! Very satisfied!
