I recently started using Terminix and couldn’t be happier with the service so far. Jason has been fantastic from the initial call to the follow up. He’s professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. As a new homeowner with lots of questions, I really appreciated how thorough and patient he was with me. Great first impression!

Chad is very friendly and helpful. He educates you on your issue & how to proceed from the time that he's finished to help you get rid of your issue. He seems very understandable & not judgmental which makes it a lot easier because you already are feeling a certain way because you have this issue. I just want to say thank you again, Chad

Serviceman called ten 10 minutes before scheduled appointment. On arrival went about agreed service details. Notified at front door when service was completed. Freindly attitude, Explained in detail condition of property and which insects were found around outside of home. This was the extent of service performed today.

Jason the tech was awesome, friendly, answered all our questions. I had a great deal of trouble with the call center, though, when I tried to confirm my appointment and they couldn’t find my account. I almost had to cancel the appointment, I emphasized to them that I had to drive over two hours to get to the cottage where the treatment was being done.

Jason came in and answered all of our questions before inspecting and then treating the home. Personable, knowledgeable and timely. He checked all the boxes. Less thrilled with how the corporate office communicates with its new customers, but Jason saved the day with his professionalism.

Jason did a wonderful job. He even went back and looked for an activity once he sprayed the outside to see where the most activity was. He hasn’t done the inside yet, but I’m sure he will do just as good job. He put effort into it and that means a lot in my blood. Keep up the good work, Jason.

He removed the trellis material to get under the porch and replace it. No one has ever done that, and it is an area that concerned me. I was gone when he finished up, and he called me, and gave me a recap of everything that he had done.

I live just outside of Lansing and Shane has been our guy for a few months now. I cant say enough about his dedication to making sure my house is web free on the outside and spider-less, stink bug and rodent free on the inside! I mean, I live in Michigan, they're everywhere 😅 Thank you Shane and Terminix! I also used Terminix for several years when I lived in another state waaay down south and they were also excellent there! No Palmetto bugs in my house EVER 😱😱 Those things are the work of the devil👀
