Great service our technician is Jim Kappler and he is very thorough and explained everything he did at our home. He is always on time and calls ahead day ahead to let us know when he will arrive. We are very pleased with our technician and our service

John Jarvis is the best - always lets me know when he’s coming out, how the inspection went, and then when he leaves. Great guy who takes his time and does very thorough work with a smile on his face !

Adriann, the technician that came out to check our bait stations, was wonderful. He was professional, very kind and explained everything that was going on. 5 stars for him! The company, as a whole, however, is subpar at best.
