William is amazing. He has been my technician for years. He is always on time, friendly and very courteous. We have had no issues since he has been with us and if anything does come up he is happy to come and take care of it.

I highly recommend Terminix. I had another company come in that my landlord had paid for all the guy did was spray the beds and Obviously, it didn’t work. But after Terminix came after one treatment, I don’t see any And I’m not getting bit anymore. They did a very thorough job and they also come back for a second treatment and they give a guarantee. The technician explained everything very clearly. I’m Very happy with them it’s worth the price. Don’t waste your money going somewhere else. And the technician sent me photos of him spraying the house, so I knew the job was actually done. Thank you so much terminix!!!

Very Good Service – Highly Recommend The technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, including the detailed report they provided after the service. They took care of our wasp problem efficiently and also laid down traps for occasional crickets and mice we’d seen around. Overall, the service was excellent. I’d definitely recommend Terminix to friends and neighbors

I'm absolutely appalled by this service. After being a customer for five years, I’m now facing a serious wasp infestation on my deck. When I first called for assistance, they scheduled a same-day appointment, but the technician never showed up, and I didn't even receive a courtesy call to explain. When I called back, I was told there were no available slots for the rest of the month! They claimed they would escalate my emergency and promised to reach out within 24-48 hours—no one ever did. I made several follow-up calls, only to be met with the same empty assurances and zero action. It's been a week now, and I’m left in the lurch with no response and no resolution. This is beyond ridiculous! I’m done with them and switching to Viking Pest Control. It’s infuriating that they’ve happily taken my money for years, but when I actually need help, they completely drop the ball. What a disgrace!
