Christopher Pinion is absolutely an amazing Terminix technician. He has always been very attentive to all of my exterminating needs. He has also kept me updated on any insect activity that might be going on around my home. I appreciate that he goes the extra mile with communicating, always letting me know when he gets to my home as well as letting me know when the service has been completed, as well as asking if there are any bug sightings inside my home. Christopher is the kind of person you definitely want in regards to a service related job. He truly cares about doing his job to the best of his ability. He’s such a good person! Scott contacted us early in the week to let us know he would be coming to inspect and refill our termite bait stations. He explained the process ahead of time and that he could do the service whether or not we were home as it is all outside. He greeted us upon his arrival, completed the service and summarized the work he did before he left. He came prepared with replacement parts for the bait stations and for all of ours back in full working order.
