Dalton is incredibly responsive. Very thorough and top notch. The woman that answers the phone is always polite and friendly. Also the woman that checks the traps is top notch. Ive used terminix for 15 years.

I've had Terminix service for 25 years and have always found their service to be exemplary and the technician is amazingly responsive, courteous and kind. HOWEVER, I just received a bill for services not yet rendered. It was marked *** SECOND NOTICE*** although I'd paid the first bill. This "notice* and my check crossed in the mail, but I still had not received their service. Not cool. Not a good business practice. Comes across as greedy and entitled: Pay me for nothing right now. TO BE FAIR: The bill was to be paid to a Columbia, SC address so this may be corporate. Corporate would get 0 stars from me. My local service: 6 I've split the difference.
