Jessie Short did my servise today! He did a fantastic job. Was very professional. Explained everything he was doing, what we could expect to see. Explained how to clean to put things away. AND while here even set up next appointment. I would personally recommend him to any one!!!! Thanks for the great job!!

Don and Octavio both came out. I got a text 20 minutes before they arrived. They both were so polite and professional. They set about their tasks, Octavio extermination of bugs and Don inspecting the house. They both were great! Each explained what they had done and what will be next. It was an excellent experience! I would recommend Terminix to everyone. Also the woman I spoke with on the phone to start my service was also excellent. I was trying to do it online, but decided to call. She talked me through all the options and even saved me some money on the services! I am very pleased and impressed with Terminix! Keep up the great work!

Jessie is always detail oriented, makes sure he answers any questions i have and addresses any new concerns completely. Terminex is ok overall but i stay with them because my rep. is GREAT at his job...keep this guy happy Terminex, your lucky to have him.
