I am a long time customer of the Rocky Mount Terminix office. Service has always been excellent, prices are reasonable and I get information that makes me comfortable that my home is well cared for. I especially want to say that Nick Norwood has always given helpful guidance for the services I need. Field techs Trevor & Jake have always been courteous, professional, and pleasant to work with. Manager Wade & Assistant Haley have been great to work with by phone. We have Termite inspections, moisture control ( dehumidifier), and general insecticide protection. We also had bedbug elimination and monitoring for about five years, after an invasion following a motel stay, and they worked hard to eliminate the bed bugs. We recently dropped the bedbug protection and added general insect control. No complaints at all.

Mr. Kenneth did a phenomenal job today. Arrived promptly 15 minutes before our appointment time which I appreciate tremendously. He was very thorough, very efficient with his time, and I would highly recommend him for any service Terminix provides.

Jonathan from Terminix did an excellent job servicing our home today. He was professional, on time, and explained everything clearly. Very thorough inside and out, answered all our questions, and gave us helpful tips for prevention. Great experience — highly recommend Jonathan!

Excellent service from Johnathan! He arrived on time and notified me what he needed to do. I also asked him to look at something in particular I needed to know about under the house. I can't get under there and crawl around! He told me that the moisture was only 10% under the house, so all is working as it should be. Thanks Johnathan!

Johnathan was amazing. He was thorough with the inspection and treatment. He made sure to explain everything he was doing. He asked before entering any room. I know he's a floater and I hope we have him to our home again.
