I called and spoke to Alvan, and he kept saying we do not talk to customers for too long. He kept rushing me and then closed the phone on me. I called again and spoke to Rickia. She was great, helpful, and respectful. She has a calming voice. Helped me out with my issue and got my services up and running. After I get my first two treatments and see how the flea treatments go I will update my review.

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but after my experience with Kenneth from Terminix, I feel compelled to shout from the rooftops about how incredible he is at what he does! From the moment he arrived, Kenneth was the definition of professional—prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, answered every single one of my questions with patience and expertise, and genuinely cared about making sure my home was protected. His attention to detail is unmatched. He didn’t just do a once-over; he inspected every nook and cranny, found areas I never would have thought to check, and gave me peace of mind that my home was in good hands. We really value the service we get from Terminix. Our service tech Bryan is excellent. He is always very responsive to text messages and takes the time to explain things on each visit. He's friendly and professional. We highly recommend him.

I have been extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Terminix since the very beginning. I am thrilled that my contract has come to an end. From the beginning, I reached out to the sales person to advise that I did not want live traps in my house, requested that my contract ($3000+) be modified since all that was done was the exclusion. Sandra, I believe her name is, just ended up ignoring my phone calls. The quarterly exterminator who came to spray the exterior did a satisfactory job. The back-and-forth phone calls, web chats, texts, to end my contract was extremely frustrating. Instead of removing my termite bait stations they replenished them. They claimed that my service contract could not be canceled until the bait stations were removed, but kept delaying removal. Finally, they just canceled my contract and never removed the bait stations, which is OK with me because I just wanted to cut all ties.

Excellent service, as always! Our technician communicates perfectly, both in advance of and day of service. He is always on time, is efficient, and notifies me of any findings without my having to ask. Would recommend in the highest possible terms!!

I highly recommend Terminix’s regular pest control service. Sam is professional, reliable, and always does a great job. This last appointment caught me off guard since I only received the reminder text a day before (I prefer the usual advance notice). Still, the pest control service itself is excellent and worth it. However, I don’t recommend their termite service—it’s handled very differently and hasn’t met my expectations.

Legit THIS THE WORST COMPANY EVER! we canceled with them years and years ago! And they’re still randomly showing up at our house, sending us random bills, bugging us with renewal fees or else it goes to connections! The customer service is absolutely terrible, they dont know what noticed has been sent or who shows up for random services! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE company! STAY AWAY
