Jose H has been our service tech for over 2 years, and he is kind, courteous and provides great service. We were lucky enough to be home today to be able to talk with him and his first priority is always making sure we get taken care of! If I could, I would give him 10 stars!

Jose was just wonderful. He was professional and kind. He took our questions and made my wife and myself comfortable. Would love to have Jose as out maintenance technician. Just the best.

I had an appointment set up and no one showed up. I called the next day to see what was going on and potentially talk to a supervisor and they told me they don’t have one. I called back and rescheduled. I think I might go with another company. This is a lot of running around for a company as reputable as Terminix.

I needed a va home loan termite inspection that I really needed. The company let me down. Made the appointment 3 different times! First guy Richard, refused to go into the crawl space. So he canceled it, so I called the company again and they set me up for the next day, with another guy, and he didn't show up. Then I called again and complained they set me up again with Mark and he never showed up! So this place cost me a lot of time and frustration! Not reliable at all

Whenever I need answers to questions about pests or other issues, Jose takes the necessary time to remedy the situation in a timely and satisfactory manner. He always follow-up to make sure all is well to my satisfaction.
