We had Mark from Terminix come to inspect our place. Terminix emailed with a time window of 8 am-5pm but Mark called to let us know when he was about 15 minutes away, which was helpful. He got right down to business when he arrived.

Alex was great. Knowledgeable , professional, and pleasant. His service is top drawer. We are so happy he is our home technician.

Mark from Terminex/Anderson Pest was in the neighborhood and reached out. I have a huge problem with ants,indoors and under an enclosed outside storage space, so I was thrilled‼️ My original appointment was days away but now taken care of!! Mark is the greatest! Just moved into a first floor condo that had been empty for over a month. There were signs that a rat had been in there. Called Terminix and they are on top of it. Friendly and efficient and thorough. I could not have asked for more.

Terrible customer service and do charge you when they shouldn’t. Their customer service agreed I should not of been charged but when escalate it, you do not hear back. I will never use again should’ve stuck to Orkin.
