Outstanding job by Nathan. Takes great care of all my pest control issues at my restaurant. Had hornet issues at my home and he went over same day and found large nest inside roof and took care of that too. Very quick to respond and responsible. I highly recommend!!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Tyler from Terminix, and I can confidently say his professionalism and courtesy set a gold standard. From the outset, Tyler has been not only efficient and knowledgeable, but remarkably kind and accommodating — a rare combination in any field. Thanks to his diligent efforts, a persistent ant problem that had long overstayed its welcome has been thoroughly resolved. What impressed me most, however, was his willingness to go above and beyond expectations. Although today’s appointment was originally scheduled for exterior service only, Tyler graciously offered to treat the interior as well when I asked — without hesitation and with the same meticulous attention to detail he always brings. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it shows. Tyler is an exceptional representative of Terminix, and I’m sincerely grateful for the level of care and professionalism he brings to each visit. Five stars, without reservation.

The Terminix employee arrived on time, quickly refilled the bait stations and gave me a quick briefing on what he found and possible next steps. Very professional! I would definitely recommend their service.

The rep was wonderful and did a great job. I told the dispatcher 3 times that the job was to remove a hornets nets but he never got my message. I found the entire booking process a nightmare as the phone system was awful and the phone calls from the head office come from all over the world so I never pick up strange area codes due to so many spam calls. The local agents are great but the phone system is awful. I am considering getting a local service as this whole experience was awful from a booking perspective. Sorry as I have been a member of the original company for 30 years.
