I had terminix out to check for termites and was told I have an issue with termites and carpenter ants in my crawlspace. I was quoted $9,000 for stuff that HAD to be done to get rid of the termites and prevent others in the future. I called Nelson's and had them out, they went down for about 45 minutes and said there was NOTHING found in my crawlspace. So terminix tried to con me, a single mother, out of $9,000 for nothing! Shame on you!

They wouldn't come to me without having first gotten permission from the property manager of my small apartment building. They aren't the ones paying for treatments, i am. I can understand that without treating the whole building my issue may not be resolved but, damn, at least try.

Termite bait stations installed. Service staff king abd courteous. Very expensive however compared to products purchased and installed on your own.

These people are so unprofessional called them made an appointment thought they was coming out played me talking about some landlord well my thing is why y’all didn’t say that the first time when we was on the phone why waste people time then I told them over the phone what I live in a apartment they gonna ask again like I told y’all already and the apt number my thing is don’t y’all write that stuff down so that told me my answer y’all didn’t care anyways to come out or reach out poor communication company need new workers sound slow over the phone anyways and I said what I said ☺️
