Do NOT use these people. They do not ever confirm appointments nor call you. I have had many scheduled and no one shows then they blame the call center for not doing their jobs but it's the local branch messing up and not doing what they are supposed to. Most recently the technician isn't able to bring a ladder to my house to get into the attic to get rid of the rodent issue so they have the inspector coming out but he doesn't call nor knock just texts and hopes someone sees it, if they don't then he leaves and says he is doing you a favor and won't be able to come back till a few days later, mind you he lives like 5 minutes from me, Austin and Allen are the worst if they come to your house or call you make sure you request someone new

I received a timely appointment. The technician was professional and treated me with respect. He showed me pictures of some of the.bedbugs and some of their treatment methods.

Alan showed up to our house to help us with a rodent problem. He works around your schedule, which is great. He’s a very friendly guy, helpful, patient, and funny. He immediately scheduled for the technician to come out to take care of this issue. Would highly recommend!

Great First Experience with Terminix! I recently started using Terminix Pest Control, and so far, I’m really impressed! From the first phone call to the initial treatment, their team has been professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Scheduling was easy, and they arrived right on time. The technician took the time to inspect my home thoroughly, explained everything in detail, and answered all my questions. I already feel confident that I made the right choice in choosing Terminix to keep my home pest-free. Looking forward to seeing great results and continuing with their service! Highly recommend them!

If I could, I would give 0 stars. Communication from this office is nonexistent. I had an estimate done 2/4 and paid $300 for services that were to be performed by 2/7. We still had not heard from the office about an appointment by 2/6, so we reached out to them twice, before they informed us they would be unable to spray the house by the needed time. We filled out the form included in our contract to cancel and the man I spoke with in the office said he had “never seen this form before.” The contract said a refund would be issued within 10 business days. COB day 10, a refund still had not been issued, so I reached out to the corporate number. She tried to contact the office, but was unable to reach anyone. She said that someone from the office should be reaching out within 24 hours. Today, again near COB, I called the number listed online for the local office and reached someone on the corporate level. He told me that the refund was issued today and it will take up to 3 additional business days for me to receive my refund. He informed me that if I don’t receive my refund by then, I need to reach out to my financial institution and dispute the charge. If you value your money and your time, choose a different pest control company.

It cost 1600 for a light case if bed bugs for what they said. The price went all the way up to 5000 dollars for worse cases. So that was ridiculous but I had the money at the time and the bugs are gone so that's good I guess still think they charge to much but they will get the job done you have to stay on them if they think the house is clear they will stop treating when you paid 1600 dollars for 6 months the will stop in two weeks if they can leaving the bugs behind save some pictures so you can show them new pictures each time and keep some dead ones to show them make them treat every two weeks til the contract ends I still had bed bugs with two weeks left I'm my contract and got the to treat one more time before the 6 months ended and that finished them off haven't had any signs of them since. They are almost never on time and alot of the time don't even come the day there scheduled. They just call and say they'll be there the next day then they aren't on time that day either. They completely missed 3 appointments in a row and never rescheduled so that took a month and a half of my 1600 dollars six much treatment I paid for by itself and missed others to probably 3 months of the six or almost at least if they were doing there job and showed up for appointments. We could have got rid of them twice as fast. With them not showing up half the time we still had bugs with two weeks to go but they did get rid of them and that's what counts . I don't ever think someone should have to pay 1600 to 5000 dollars for treatment but t hats the price. I have them coming for a light case of roaches now for 250 dollars and 4 treatments or until they don't see any signs of bugs anymore. I'm gonna make them do all 4 this time we cut it way to close last time. But I know the bugs will be gone when they are done so that's why I went back to them

Jkori was awesome. He showed up when he said he would, took my concerns into consideration, looked more places for mice then the quote guy did, and found more things to show me. He gave me tips and suggestions of how to help our mice problem on top of what he already did.
