We called Terminix to help us with our bee infestation. While they were able to remove all the bees/wasp they damaged my water well in the process. There were no bees in the well just in the water well pump which was located about 5 feet from the actual well. When calling customer service they gave me Steven Barnett (branch manager) number. Steven had Eric benson (regional manager) call you they were not going to cover the damages they caused because it was not their problem and the damages were already there. As you can see in the pictures it was not damaged. Once we told Eric that we wanted to talk to his supervisor he with held his name and phone number. He said he would have him/her call us back. He was acting like a child when trying to get more information.I would not recommend this location for any type of work. They are unprofessional and rude when it comes to customer service. We will never use them again.

Joe Elliott has been our tech for years. He does an amazing job, communicates very well. We definitely couldn’t be happier. Terminix has a great asset having Joe on staff. Oh, he is very understanding about us being pet owners. He is very patient when we have to move the dogs around so that he can treat all areas of their yard and the house.

I couldn’t be more impressed with Chris, my Terminix service rep! From start to finish, he was proactive and professional, reaching out with multiple reminders to make sure my appointment went smoothly. He took the time to listen to all of my concerns, answered my questions clearly, and provided peace of mind throughout the process. His attention to detail during the service was outstanding—thorough, efficient, and reassuring. Chris went above and beyond to deliver excellent pest control while making sure I felt fully informed every step of the way. Truly top-notch service—I highly recommend him!

Adam always does an excellent superb job. He’s very professional and is the best ever. He pays attention to detail and is very attentive to all areas of our home. Friendly and courteous and totally professional and most definitely knows his job! He is definitely representing Terminix.

Our Terminix guy is Amazing. He goes above and beyond to ensure that we have a bug free home and yard. He answers questions and gives helpful tips. He even shows up when we don't have a scheduled appointments to help with issues. Terminix is awesome and our technician is the absolute best. I recommend them to anyone that has bugs!!!

Joe Elliott with Terminix is the best. The most knowlageble exterminator we have had by far. From dealing with fire ants to scorpions and rodents, he really knows how to eliminate the pests safely for our pets and is always on time and cleanly with his service! We highly recommend him if you are in the Robertson County greater area.
