    Aaron Champion with Terminix arrived at my home well within the appointed time. He addressed all areas with which I was concerned and advised me of problem areas of which I was not aware. He did a thorough job in spraying my home. He was professional, patient, and courteous. He also set up an appointment to have an inspector review and advise on the problem areas he identified. I would certainly recommend Terminix and Aaron Champion to anyone who is concerned about protecting their home from pests.

    Aaron Champion with Terminix is awesome. He arrived on time, was very thorough in treating my house for my regular service, asked me questions to make sure no additional treatments were needed and reminded me to keep my pets inside for 30 minutes. Great service all around!

    As a local Realtor, I want to update my previous review to reflect that Terminix has since made things right regarding the issues we encountered. While we did experience several bumps in the road throughout the process, particularly with communication and billing, I truly appreciate the way Josh Lindley and Joshua Bratcher handled everything. Both gentlemen were professional, respectful, and efficient in resolving our concerns, and they ensured that everything was taken care of properly. Their responsiveness and follow-through made all the difference. While our overall experience with Terminix had its challenges, I can confidently say that both Josh’s represent the company exceptionally well and is the reason our situation was turned around. If you do choose to work with Terminix, I highly recommend asking for one of them specifically.

    This company is a nightmare to work with. We used them for termite remediation, which i then found out was just a scare and there were no termites at all but only what appeared to be something on a part of one wall that "may" have once been termites. We ultimately had no choice as we were selling the house and wanted 100 percent confirmation that it was all ok. My husband set the appointment up and they were supposed to call him when headed over so he could meet them there. (that did not happen and we were told we missed the appointment) New appointment husband let guys in and they completed the service. We went to tidy up the house and paint an area and realized they had left several hole unfilled, broken brick on our steps by drilling too close to side, left trash and rubber gloves on the ground. This is not what you expect to get after $5700 service . Husband called salesman he had been dealing with and got no answer for 5-6 days. Called the office found out he was out and the original salesman came out to see the damages himself, told my husband it would 2 weeks to a month before they could get back out to "correct" what they did wrong. That was unacceptable as the house had to be put on the market within a week. The salesman never bothered to pick up the glove and trash in the yard after walking by it 4 times on 2 different days. Fast forward and we get our house under contract and they need a termite inspection (standard) so I called for the documentation and was told they did not provide that for real estate transactions that the "buyer" had to set up. The buyers agent had been calling and not able to get anyone to schedule the inspection and my agent finally was able to get her to someone. So inspection was done the end of August and we closed on the sell of the house 9/10. Fast forward to 10/11 and we get a bill in the mail for Termite inspection on 9/20 that was forwarded to our new address (that we have resided at for a year) I called and was met with a snarky, less than helpful "call center" employee who told me that I am responsible because it was My inspection. After several times explaining that the "buyers" are responsible for inspections and that it was listed as paid on the closing papers, she still argued with me. I handed over the invoice to our wonderful RealEstate agent and she along with the buyers agent is supposed to rectify this issue. Stay tuned...... We will see if it gets resolved
