We feel safe pushing my Special Daughter in her wheelchair around our yard and we enjoy the sun, the birds, clean air surrounding us, and not having issues with spiders, ants and flying insects. I give him 👍🏼 and 5 stars. He definitely do hard work far beyond what is required to do so as a Terminix Technician. Highly recommend and the best!!! Hector Salas performs professional expertise and knowledgeable how to treat and control overall our pest problem in my entire property, from inside and outside. I want to express how very grateful I am for the very special care I received from your technician Mike Rose. He looked in every “nook and cranny”…..he was kind and caring, and put me at ease to not have to worry about having mice in my home, after what he did to insure that. I also praise the inspector Nick, he made sure I was going to get everything taken care of, ASAP. Terminix, you Rock!

First notice most of the five star reviews are from people with very few reviews. Many fake accounts no doubt. This company is crooked, if you buy their services prepare to be screwed by them. There sales team works on commission and commonly sale unneeded services. The management is only worried about numbers and profit. Customer service is not a high priority for them. While most of the techs try to do a good job, they are commonly not given the right tools, training, or information about the job they are supposed to do. The Ventura office recently fired there best manager who was trying to support the techs and do a good job. However the company itself is more concerned about emptying your wallet than providing an excellent service, so he had to go. You have been warned.

Michael our serviceman was on time, polite, knowledgable he explained everything he was going to do. At the end he asked if there were any other problems. He quickly took care of Templeton. He offered us others services and he let us know when we were scheduled for our next.quarterly visit.
